Busy bee's.....

WOW! Christmas is right around the corner. The last two months have been jam packed with soccer, girls scouts, holidays, and spending time with friends and family...and we wouldn't have wanted it any other way! Here are a couple pictures of what's been going on over the last few weeks!

Ky enjoying two of her dear friends' birthday party. They got to dress up, get their hair and nails done, and make a stuffed animal, as well as strut their stuff on the runway and create some jewelry. It was like every little girls dream come true!

T-shirt Christmas parade at beck's school. Here's a pic of Beck and his good friend Gavin in front of the class picture sign...I guess the rest of the class wasn't in the mood for a picture, but our two boys stood there for quite sometime, although neither myself or his mommy could get a smile out of them!

Kylie in full singing action with her guitar.

Raking leaves has become one of the kiddos favorite past times. The new house has endless amounts of leaves! And although the first time was fun, I am pretty sick of dealing with them already! but the kids definitely aren't!

Love this pic of these two weenies!

KK before school one day. I just love the color purple on this girl...what a beauty!

Trip to the zoo with Uncle Gary. Look at those cheese faces!

People ask me all the time if they're twins. Its a matter of months before newie passes beck all together....

Uncle Gary helping Newie on the slide

Family shot.

Decorating a gingerbread house our sweet neighbors surprised us with. The kids had a blast!

My biggest little man playing on a lazy pj morning....

Love catching this boy with his genuine smile, usually all i get is cheese face =)

Life has been busy but good! Kylie is LOVING indoor soccer and is really excelling in it! Beck is having a blast at school and New is causing havoc around the house as usual. The bathroom remodel is about 98% done....but who knows how long until we do those finishing touches. We leave in 4 days for Pitt (yay!) then Christmas, New years, Ky's bday, Newie's bday, and before we know it Spring soccer will start again! We're really settling into our new neighborhood and although I miss seeing my dear friends from the old 'hood a great deal, we're finding some rare gems in our new neighborhood that make us smile!

October came and went in the blink of an eye...

Every time we hit a point where I don't think we could get any busier, we find a way to do just that. October held a very busy calendar and now I find myself in Nov. already. Wow! Here are a couple Fall pictures from the past couple weeks.

Beckster before heading to school one morning. he looks like such a big boy...

This boy loves his hats. Looks like we have a "skater" in the making...

Hangin' outside Beck's school before visiting the pumpkin patch...

Nothing like capturing a little peek a boo moment. Love this little man...

One of my favorite shots...

Moving pumpkins. He kept saying, "it heavy" over and over. he is talking like crazy now. In fact, he talks non-stop. He'll copy anything that you say and he's starting to be able to carry on a conversation. He watched a halloween dora this morning and looked at me and said "it scary"...too funny.

The best I got of both the boys, wasn't really feeling it with the sun in their faces...

My big boy with his pumpkin.

Becks class and teachers. It was nursery rhyme day so they were able to dress up. Unfortunately, i didn't have a nursery rhyme outfit, so beck sported his halloween shirt instead.

KK heading out the door for one of her friend's halloween parties. She looks so grown up.

Hangin' out at the pond by our house. The weather has been so beautiful that we're milking it for all its worth before it gets too cold.

Love this shot of Kylie

Her hair is getting pretty long these days. I hadn't straightened it in quite sometime before now so it was crazy to see it down.

All dressed up and ready to trick-or-treat. Both the boys have been fairly sick, Newie much more so. This week went by in a blur I think because Jason and I were so sleep deprived due to dealing with sick kiddos.

My little monkey..

He was SO excited about his costume. The cutest triceratops I've ever seen!

Jason kept the boys at home and took them around the neighborhood since they weren't 100% healthy. Ky and I went and met our friends at a church festival we do every year and had a blast. Here's Ky waiting for her friends to arrive. I like this pic because it looks like she's looking for her groom =)

Three amigos. I love these two girls like they were my own. Always so much fun getting together!

Beck turns 3!

In order to celebrate Beck's 3rd Birthday we took a morning and visited LegoDiscovery Land in Grapevine. I had heard mixed reviews but after going I will share that all the kids and I LOVED it! We showed up at 10am when they opened (we had bought tickets online at a discount, under 3 was free, so for J, Ky and I it was less than $50). It didn't start getting crowded till 12:00 and we left by 12:45. Beck was tall enough to do everything except one ride, which was driving one of the little cars. This of course CRUSHED him, but he enjoyed everything else! Here are a couple pics!

Waiting for the lego tour, playing with the walls toys and pit...

Checking out the cement mixer made entirely of legos!

Playing in the lego pit!

Riding the lego giraffe

Newie building with the blocks

Ky ready to ride one of the rides.

I think the fave. part for all the kids was the karaoke machine. You could hear beck yelling into it from the other part of the building. It was great!

Ky's turn

Beck even let Newie in on some of the singsong action!

Checking out the miniature town. Beck got a little frustrated here that he couldn't actually play with all the scenes...

Very cool....

All made of legos

Driving around the city track.

Building on the "shaking blocks" He thought it was pretty cool when the tower would fall.

Motorcycle time!

He was super excited to get a new John Deer from Memaw and Papap!

Very happy about his new spiderman house.

Nothing says BIG boy like a REAL BIKE!

Happy 3rd birthday to my wild child. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your wonderful journey through life! I LOVE YOU 26!

These are the treats I made for Beck to take to preschool. The cape read, "sometimes being 3 is even better than being a superhero!" =)
